Alesco ACE12 induction heater – a lightweight induction heater designed for heavy-duty work
Despite its compact size and low weight, the ACE12 induction heater delivers a full 12 kW output with excellent efficiency on steel. It also handles copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel with ease. No other induction heater on the market matches the ACE12’s power-to-weight ratio. Heavy-duty tasks such as truck frame alignment, seized nuts and bolts, rods, and pre- or post-heating in welding applications are well within its capabilities.
Fixed frequency for deep, controlled heating
The ACE12 operates at a fixed frequency of 15.5 kHz, ensuring stable and predictable heating regardless of temperature changes in the material. This fixed frequency provides deep heat penetration, making it ideal for thick components, press fits, and structural parts where uniform heating through the material is essential. The result is consistent performance and repeatable results every time.
A mobile induction heater to be used on many sites and situations
Designed for power and mobility, the ACE12 weighs only 19 kg and is supplied with a standard 6-meter hose package, making it easy to carry around workshops or operate on site. The compact design also allows work at height, including scaffolding and elevated structures. The unit fits easily on a workbench—simply connect it to a water source and a 3×400 VAC + PE / 16 A power outlet, and it is ready to use.
Work for as long as you need with a cooling option of your choice
The ACE12 can be connected either to Alesco’s
NIX3 cooling unit or to an external water source such as tap water. Built-in overheating protection and water-flow monitoring ensure safe operation. When connected to external water cooling, the ACE12 can operate at maximum output for many hours. For applications without access to water, the
NIX3 offers long run times while maintaining full mobility.
Flexible heating tips – quick and tool-free changes
The ACE12 is supplied with a standard heating tip suitable for most applications. Additional heating tips are available for confined spaces or larger surfaces. Tips can be changed quickly, within minutes using only one tool, allowing the heater to be easily adapted to different tasks.
Ease of use guaranteed – “plug and heat”
When delivered the heater is ready to go into action directly. No installation procedures or lengthy manuals are needed thanks to its user-friendly interface. The simplistic design on the front panel shows the 10 power steps as well as indicators for overheating and water flow. As soon as you start the induction heater it will run a self-test taking a few seconds and then you’re ready to heat. Place the heating tip on your workpiece and press the button.

The ACE12 features integrated NFC functionality for advanced control, configuration, and future updates. Software updates and frequency adjustments can be applied quickly and securely as applications evolve.
NFC also enables locking and access control, allowing you to define who is authorized to use the machine. This helps prevent unauthorized use and reduces the risk of theft.
