Alesco ACE12 with NIX3 – a complete mobile induction heating system
The Alesco ACE12 induction heater, together with the NIX3 cooling unit, forms a complete professional induction heating system for demanding applications. Despite its compact size and low weight, the ACE12 delivers a full 12 kW output and is highly efficient on steel, while also handling copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and brass with ease. No other induction heater on the market offers the same power-to-weight ratio.
Heavy duty tasks such as truck frame straightening, seized nuts or bolts, seized rods, and pre- or post-heating in welding applications are well within the capabilities of the ACE12 system.
Fixed frequency for deep and controlled heating
The ACE12 operates at a fixed frequency of 15.5 kHz, providing stable, predictable heating regardless of material temperature changes. Unlike resonant systems that continuously adjust frequency, the ACE12 delivers consistent power and repeatable results.
The fixed frequency also enables deep heat penetration, making it ideal for thick materials, press fits, seized components, and structural applications where uniform heating through the material is critical.
Built for mobility – on site, in workshops, and at height
Weighing only 19 kg and supplied with a standard 6-meter hose package, the ACE12 is easy to move around workshops, operate on site, or use at height, including on scaffolding.
The compact design allows the NIX3 cooling unit to remain stationary while the ACE12 is moved freely around the work area. For extended reach, the system can be equipped with the Alesco
Range Extender, enabling working distances from 5 up to 25 meters, without compromising performance or safety.
Self-contained cooling for mobile operation
The NIX3 cooling unit enables operation without an external water supply. At normal ambient temperatures (≈20 °C), it allows for around 20 minutes of continuous operation at maximum power, ideal for heavy-duty maintenance and pre- or post-heating.
When tap water or another external water source is available, the ACE12 can also be connected directly. Built-in overheating protection and water flow monitoring ensure safe and reliable operation.
Flexible heating tips for every application
The ACE12 is supplied with a standard heating tip that covers most everyday applications. For specialized tasks, additional heating tips are available. Heating tips can be changed quickly and easily, enabling the system to be adapted to different applications and working conditions.
Ease of use – plug and heat
The ACE12 system is ready for operation immediately upon delivery and requires no installation procedures. Simply connect the unit to the NIX3 cooling system (or an external water source) and a 3×400 VAC + PE / 16 A power outlet.
The intuitive front panel features 10 power levels and clear indicators for overheating and water flow. After a short self-test at start-up, the system is ready to use.
Smart control and future-ready with NFC
The ACE12 features integrated NFC functionality for advanced control, configuration, and future updates. Software updates and frequency adjustments can be applied quickly and securely as applications evolve.
NFC also enables locking and access control, allowing you to define who is authorized to use the machine. This helps prevent unauthorized use and reduces the risk of theft.
